Brief History of The Three Kingdoms of Eiga.
Brief History of Three Kingdoms of Eiga.
Eiga is a world in an alternate universe. It
is divided into three parts ruled by three Kingdoms. The Red
Kingdom of Pelhar, The Blue Kingdom of Shion and the Green Kingdom of Viridia.
Together the nations are called Coloris Regna.
Pelhar:
The Kingdom of Pelhar ruled by the Idoh family is the most
prosperous of the three colored kingdoms. Before King Izkandar
Idoh ascended the throne, Pelhar was called the waste land of Coloris
Regna with its rocky mountainous terrain and most of its land
covered with snow round the year. Izkandar broke the chain of four thousand
years long rule of the Asho family and took the throne at a young age of twenty
five. He worked hard to bring his kingdom to the current glory. He encouraged technological development that
merged magic with science making the use of magic available not only for the
wizards but also the general public. He established trade relations with
the other kingdoms through export of minerals and technology. The Royal Army of
Pelhar equipped with the most advanced technology maintains the peace
within the nation and is also feared by the two other kingdoms.
The Kingdom of Shion is also called the water nation since most of
its land is broken into small islands. Since the islands are spread out it is
difficult for a single King to govern them. Thus some of the islands were
allowed to autonomous governance under a governor chosen by the
people. The families of these governors were grafted into the royal
family of Shion through political marriages of convenience. The
islands are now governed by the royal family and the families descended from
the Four Nobles. There is a constant struggle for power between the members of
the royal family. Despite this Shion is blessed with fertile land and abundant
water making it a land where no one ever starves.
Viridia:
The Kingdom of Viridia has been ruled by the
Hatsune family for over 3 millennia. The land has a thick cover of forest. The
people are deeply attached to the forest which provides them with everything
they need to survive. Viridia was self-dependent and did not allow immigration
or trade between the other nations until recently. The royal families are
treated as descendants of gods. They are apprehensive of the arms rise in Pelhar and the growing friendship between the other two Kingdoms. There has been news of a cult organization called the Sorcerer's Foundation comprised of people who have formed illegal contracts with demons being sheltered by the Royal family.
